Z has been a massage therapist, acupuncturist, energy worker, yoga instructor, and health coach since 2010 and has offered workshops and retreats centered around relaxation and self-care since 2014. Over the years, he has learned which practices, tools, and techniques clients have found to be most helpful when it comes to reducing stress and anxiety.
